Martin Herbstman, M.D.

Dr. Herbstman joined the practice in 2005. A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Miami (Ohio) University, he then received his Medical Degree from New York Medical College. After training in Radiology at The New York Hospital-Cornell University Medical Center as well as the Beth Israel Medical Center of New York, he later served as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Radiology at Yale New Haven Hospital.

Dr. Herbstman’s special expertise is in all aspects of Women’s Imaging. He interprets not only mammograms, breast ultrasound, and breast MRI, but also performs stereotactic breast biopsies, ultrasound guided breast biopsies and aspirations, and MRI guided breast biopsies. He is board certified in Radiology (1976) and is a member of the American College of Radiology (1976), the Society of Breast Imaging, and the New York Breast Imaging Society.
